The 1st dentist we saw didn't seem to worry much. Now she said a pediatric dentist would be more qualified to handle this, so we should know a little more tomorrow after seeing one.

We already told our son that there may be some teeth extraction required. He did not cry when we told him that, which is a good sign. Hopefully.
