Well, here we are, my first official post on my personal Zap server. The install was made ridiculously easy using the script
provided here. It always strikes me when devs are able to offer such simple tools for the not so skilled like me!
Anyway, just to prove that I'm not a complete beginner, I decided to use Nginx as a web server (and not Apache). All I actually had to do was to copy/paste the sample-nginx.conf file
available here. I mean, I also had to update the php-fpm version and domain info on the file, but, again, I'm no complete beginner.
Now comes, the hard part: convince my friends and family that they should join me in the Zotiverse, and even let me help them set up their very own servers. Though it doesn't seem to be and easy task, I'll give it a try. All suggestions on that matter are more than welcome!
